Beach Tales -- Free this Weekend

Download Free in the Kindle store Friday, Saturday, Sunday June 8, 9, 10

Beach Tales is a collection of twelve short stories by Uke Jackson that will be available free to download as an ebook all weekend. A number of these weird, kooky, and sometimes racy stories first appeared in print when the author was a writer for Tropic, the Sunday Miami Herald Magazine in the late 1990s. He now lives outside Delaware Water Gap, PA.
With titles like Vampire Pit Bull, Voodoo Cockatoo, An Elton Moment, and The Bird of Paradise, Beach Tales evoke the glitz, glamour and goofiness of South Beach and environs when everyone was partying like it was 1999. The stories will transport readers to beach-y setting without getting sand everywhere.
Beach Tales, which is priced at 99 cents in electronic format, joins five other ebooks by the author now published in the Kindle program. Beach Tales will be available in paperback via in July.

The Kindle app is free to download to tablets, smart phones, PCs and laptops.
